Nova Scotia Gift Bank
The Gift Bank is available to provincial departments, boards, agencies, commissions, crown corporations and MLAs. The Gift Bank supports gift giving for official government business for:
- Official Visits: For presenting or exchanging gifts with dignitaries and leaders during official visits or trade missions.
- Employee Recognition: To honour and recognize public employees for notable professional milestones.
- Awards: To accompany awards given by the Province.
- Other Occasions: as determined appropriate by a deputy head.

When you reach the My NS Account page, enter your government email (firstname.lastname@novascotia.ca) and password (network password).

In person shopping
You can also visit us in person to make a purchase.
Please note:
- Notice: 48 hours advance notice is appreciated. Large orders may require additional time.
- Payment: Invoices to departments are paid by Journal Voucher. If you work for a branch of government unable to pay this way, cheques or money orders are accepted.
- Approval: All purchases must be approved by a deputy head, CEO or an appropriate Manager.
